Refund policy
At Menarys, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

In the same condition as received

Returned in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and inserts
Items returned outside of these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt, and all decisions regarding the condition and eligibility of returned items are made at Menarys’ discretion, in line with applicable consumer law.
Condition of Returned Items
Items that are returned with signs of wear, use, damage, soiling, or exposure to odours (including but not limited to smoke, perfume, or other strong scents) are not eligible for return or refund.
This includes items that appear to have been worn, used, altered, or handled beyond what would be considered reasonable for assessing fit or suitability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Final sale or clearance items

Items showing signs of wear, damage, use, soiling, or odours
For hygiene and health reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Cosmetics and fragrance

Pierced earrings and other pierced body jewellery

Underwear and lingerie, including control lingerie, shapewear, hosiery, and swimwear

Quilts, duvets, and pillows

Hats and hair accessories
Rejected Returns
If an item is returned that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
The item will be returned to the original purchaser at their expense. If return shipping costs are not paid within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to hold or dispose of the item in accordance with applicable law.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for mail-in returns.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Menarys cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Return In-Store
Customers may return eligible items free of charge to any Menarys store located in Ireland.

When returning an item in-store, please provide our staff with your name and order number.
Returned items must meet all standard return eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your account. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, so we can assist you.

Statutory Rights
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Customers in the UK (including Northern Ireland) are protected under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Customers in the Republic of Ireland and the EU are protected under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
